Mark D. Waldron received his undergraduate degree from Washington State University in 1976 and his law degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law) in 1979. He has been a resident of Washington for most of his life. Mark is a shareholder in the Tacoma law firm of Orlandini & Waldron, P.S., a firm he started with John L. Orlandini in 1981.
Mark’s areas of practice include business litigation and advice, real estate matters, and debtor/creditor law. He has served as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the Western District of Washington at Tacoma since 1981. He has also served as mediator under The Honorable Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program since its inception in 2012. Mark has been a court-appointed receiver in both State and Bankruptcy Court proceedings, an arbitrator in Pierce County Superior Court proceedings, and a liquidating agent in Bankruptcy Court proceedings. He has also chaired and been a guest speaker at educational seminars, has taught various classes related to law, and has testified as an expert witness in debtor/creditor litigation.
